Cahill has got cramp - the ref tells him to go off for the corner even though he's had no treatment.

Robben finds the Chelsea defence napping as he slips in Lahm into the box. The defender tries to cut it back, it just hits a Bayern team-mate and Luiz manages to get rid - but only for a corner.

All Bayern here.

Lahm plays a neat ball into Gomez in the box, the striker's control is pitiful and it runs away from him.

And that's half-time in extra-time.

Schweinsteiger's free-kick is awful, looking for someone on the edge of the box and it's intercepted.

Free-kick to Chelsea, handball by Robben after he lost his footing. This is 35 yards out and central.

Good run by Torres, but the ball doesn't break for him and it's a goal-kick.

Both teams left with one change. Chelsea with three players on yellow cards and fatigued legs producing tired tackles.

The clock ticks over to 100 minutes. No sign of an end to the drama. The last 20 minutes have been breathtaking.

Stat: Jerome Boateng and Petr Cech are the only players not to miss any minute of Champions League action this season.

Bayern on top now, onto 18 corners and Van Buyten has a shot snuffled out by a defender.

Olic comes on for Ribery, who is helped to bench unable to walk himself.

PENALTY TO BAYERN!

Another hopeful shot from Kroos - blocked by Mata

Bayern have put so much running into this game. How much do they have left in the tank?

Torres does brillaint to break with the ball. He gets a couple of slices of luck and it runs for a Lampard shot - which hits a defender.

Bayern kick-off in extra-time.

The ref tossess the coin for ends in extra-time.

Bayern must be shellshocked. Similar to 1999, they though they had this won - then Drogba produced a stunning header.

This is going to be tense.

So, we have another 30 minutes. I think this could be more interesting than the first 80 minutes. Time for a cup of tea. I'm on Twitter @dalejohnsonESPN

And that's full-time.

Oh dear, Drogba leathers his shot way over into the back of the stand after an uncharacteristic short run-in.

The ref gets the wall ready.

Surely it will be Drogba with the shot.

We are into added time after injury time. This is the last kick of the game.

Free-kick to Chelsea, 30 yards out!

Into the last 30 seconds. Chelsea in the ascendancy.

Remember, Bayern made a very defensive substitution by taking off Muller for Van Buyten - who cannot be fully match-fit.

Robben breaks into the box, there's a deflection and Bayern again fail with their 17th corner.

Three minutes to be added on.

Anyone fancy another 30 minutes?

Mata delivers a corner from the right, what a superb header by Drogba at the near post. Neuer beaten by the power.

GOAL DIDIER DROGBA

The ref wants words about pushing in the box.

Corner to Chelsea.

Ribery tries to get along the byline but it runs out for a goal-kick. Now can Chelsea break?

Daniel van Buyten makes his first appearance since January after injury, replacing the goalscorer Muller.

David Luiz for a foul on Robben on the right flank. This will run the clock down.

Robben shoots while on the fall, and the ball runs easily for Cech.

Five minutes for Chelsea to find a miracle.

Fernando Torres is on for Kalou.

The cross comes in from the left again from Schweinsteiger, it finds Muller who has pulled away from Cole. He heads into the ground and the bounce does for Cech - the ball finding the roof of the net.

GOAL THOMAS MULLER

Cross fromm Contento on the left, Muller gets there first with the header but can only direct the ball to Cech's hands.

Cole is forced to rush back caught out of possession and ends up tripping Muller to hold up the break.

Mata is having a stinker. Chelsea had a great chance to break there, he looked for Cole on the left and passed it straight to a defender.

Chelsea appeal for a penalty for handball against Ribery - it hit him in the chest.

Chelsea take ages over a corner and referee Pedro Proenca tells them to get on with it.

... and Muller drags a terrible shot 15 yards wide to the left of goal. 31 shots for Bayern, three on target.

Ribery goes on a jinking run, he loses the ball but it runs for Muller on the penalty spot....

Muller leans on Malouda on the edge of the Chelsea box and gives away the free-kick. Intelligently done by the Frenchman.

Ribery gets in to the byline, Cole does excellently to block the driven cross - and Cech has to tip the ball over the bar before it drops onto the goal-line.

The game is starting to get stretched now, Chelsea able to see some of the ball in the opposition's half.

There was a shot just before that sub from Robben, palmed down with ease by Cech.

Bertrand is replaced Florent Malouda.

Drogba gets past Tymoschuk and plays a ball across the face of goal - Kalou is waiting at the back stick but Contento intercepts.

Seventeen minutes left on the clock, no changes made yet - both managers must be mindful that we could see an additional 30 minutes.

Cross comes in from the right, Kalou tries to get his head to it but he's just beaten.

Kalou fouls Contento over on the left flank. It's another free-kick chipped in but it fails to evade the first defender.

Robben finds Kroos unmarked on the edge of the box, his powerful drive smash into Cole.

Corner 13 is quickly followed by 14 but Bayern can't work anything.

Excellent tackle by Cole, winning the ball off Muller as he tried to cut into the box. It's a corner.

Bayern camped in the Chelsea half.

Into the last quarter of the game, Chelsea still playing the rear-guard action. Remember my Twitter is @dalejohnsonESPN

Lahm is really getting into this game now, starting to push forward just like he did against Real Madrid - causing real problems.

Corner to Bayern, Lahm's cross hitting Cole. Cech gets something on it and Luiz blocks a follow up.

Free-kick against Drogba for a tug on the arm of Schweinsteiger.

This time Ribery does shoot from the edge of the box, drags it well wide. That is Bayern Munich's 22nd shot. Still just TWO on target.

Ribery goes on a fine run, opts against taking on the shot and ... passes the ball to a Chelsea player.

The corner is worked short and curled in - Drogba heads behind. The next corner is met by the head of Schweinsteiger but he can only flick it on and behind.

Muller wins a corner off Cole, Bayern's 10th.

Chelsea are hesitant at the back, the ball runs for Robben on the penalty spot and Cole throws himself across the shot at the last minute to thwart Bayern.

Chelsea playing keep-ball in their own half for a short while.

Kroos trips Mata, free-kick in the centre circle.

Bayern opt to work it short, it goes left to Kroos who slices woefully wide from 25 yards.

Luiz is penalised for a foul on Muller, chance to deliver for Bayern yet again. 35 yards out.

Long ball through the centre towards Bertrand, but there's too much heat on it and Neuer makes sure he gets a goal-kick.

Ribery latches on to a deflected shot by Robben and slots it into the back of the net - Chelsea are rightly saved by the linesman's offside flag. A warning.

Another snap shot from the orange-booted Drogba - blocked by the first defender.

Gomez goes down in the box under a fair challenge from Cole. No chance of getting a spot-kick, even if you think you are the home side.

Remember, on the three occasions that a European Cup final has been played in Munich, a team has won their first title (Nottingham Forest 79, Marseille 93, Dortmund 97).

Snap shot! Drogba pulls out a shot on the turn out of nowhere - Neuer is never concerned as it bounces five yards wide of his right post.

Bayern opt to work the resulting corner short but it comes to nothing.

Robben leaves Luiz trailing but delays his cross and it's blocked. The ball comes back to Kroos who sees a shot from distance deflected over.

Stat: Chelsea have won 57% of their Champions League games (8/14) when John Terry has been missing, compared to 49% with him.

Ribery tests Cahill on a run, the Frenchman tries to cut a pass across the face of goal and there's Luiz to clear.

Gary Cahill was struggling towards the end of the half, he's back out for the second period but the medical staff will be watching closely.

And Bayern kick off in the second half.

The players are back out.

I'll be back for the second half. I'm on Twitter @dalejohnsonESPN

Chelsea improved in the last 15 of the half, and they will need to build on that if they are to win their first Champions League title.

It's an obdurate display from Chelsea, and Bayern - just like Barcelona - have wasted chances they would normally slot in their sleep.

And there goes the half-time whistle, we're at deadlock after the first 45.

Just one minute to be added on.

Bayern Munich have had 16 shots, but just two on target. They really have been that wasteful.

Unbelievable again! Gomez turns Cahill inside the box, leaves him floundering and the striker has to score - he blazes it into the Munich night sky.

Mata breaks, but his pass when reaching the edge of the box is a hopeful stab rather than meaningful delivery.

Tymoschuk tries a speculative shot from 40 yards, it deflects off Gomez and behind for a goal-kick.

Gomez's overhead kick is blocked, Ribery slices a shot across goal to Muller who has a great chance - he opts to try and control it and the ball runs well away from him. Muller had to hit it, chance gone.

Wasteful again by Bayern!

Bertrand almost gets onto a ball over the top, just too much on it and Neuer will get a goal-kick.

Brilliant play from Chelsea, switching it left to right and working it to Kalou - he hits a first-time right-footed drive which bends back into goal and Neuer holds.

Chelsea have come to life from nowhere!

Drogba almost finds himself through the centre with the offside flag staying down - the ball just won't come down quickly enough for the Ivorian and there's an interception.

Fine run by Contento on the overlap, he picks out Muller on the penalty spot with a fine cross - but Muller shins it five yards wide. That was a chance.

Chelsea switch off for a second and Ribery cuts inside, but he also cuts his left-footed shot well to the left of goal.

Drogab runs over it and allows Mata to hit it, but he gets under the free-kick and it's always rising.

Free-kick to Chelsea in a great position. Cahill send sprawling by Boateng. Just outside the box to the right of goal.

Snap shot from Robben, into the ground and into Cech. Ribery is coming back on now.

Ribery needs a bit of treatment, caught on the back of the calf by Bosingwa.

Bonsingwa is told to calm himself by the ref after going through the back of Ribery.

Half an hour gone, Chelsea continue to favour obdurate over offence.

Robben hits it, and smashes his free-kick into the top of the wall.

David Luiz fells Muller just outside the box. Definite foul, a real chance for the German side.

Chelsea work it short and fail to create anything. If Chelsea are going to score it seems they will have to make the most of such opportunities.

Drogba is sent to the deck by Boateng just outside the D. A chance to float in a ball.

Six shots from Bayern and seven corners. Chelsea have yet to register one of either.

Another corner to Bayern. This time Cech comes out to claim.

We've just seen a replay of that Robben shot. Not only was it saved by Cech, but it also came back off the angle of post and bar.

When Chelsea do get the chance to come out they are giving the ball away very cheaply. They cannot expect to keep Bayern out if they do not relieve the pressure on the defence.

Robben takes, this time it's the towering figure of Drogba who heads away.

Robben's cross hits Cole and goes behind for yet another corner.

Remember you can follow me on Twitter: @dalejohnsonESPN

The pressure is building again now, all Bayern.

Robben sneaks into the box and somehow snaps a shot off - Cech sticks out his right leg and miraculously keeps it out.

Bayern fail to work anything from the corner, but that was the first sign of any panic in the Chelsea backline.

...Gomez slightly over-runs it and Lampard intercepts and plays a short ball to Bosingwa - who has a horror miskick and it goes behind for another corner.

Another corner comes in, Cech has a flap at it and the ball is eventually worked to Gomez - he looks to have turned his man well...

The corner comes in from the right, Robben tries to shoot first time and Bertrand does well to get a deflection on it. Another corner.

Corner to Bayern now.

Kalou is penalised for backing into his man.

Bayern playing a few wayward balls now.

Stat: Franck Ribéry has won 42 fouls so far in this Champions League season, at least 14 more than any other player.

Ribery has space to break to the edge of the box but is crowded out.

Good ball into the area by Ribery, Gomez looks to get a header on goal but can only flick it over the bar.

Free-kick. David Luiz alll over Thomas Muller.

Mikel gets away with a terrible short pass - Robben almost with the opportunity to break.

The game has calmed down now, Chelsea seem to have weathered the early storm.

Stat: This is the fourth time a team has played the final of the European Cup in their own stadium: only Roma have lost before.

Foul by Ribery on Drogba deep in the Chelsea half.

Bayern break and it's Robben with space to run at Ashley Cole. He cuts back onto his left but blasts it way over the bar.

Poor cross from Mata when he had good options, headed away by a defender.

Chelsea break and Drogba crosses from the right, but it goes over the head of everyone and out of play.

Remember, this is amazingly Ryan Bertrand's Champions League debut - the first player to achieve that in the final during the Champions League era.

It's worked again by Bayern, comes to Kroos but his shot from 20+ yards is dragged well wide.

Shot from Schweinsteiger from the edge of the D, Cahill with the block to deflect behind. The corner comes to nothing.

Ribery breaks down the left and manages to kick the ball with his wrong foot, meaning the attempt cross only hacks at fresh hair.

The fan split might be more equal, but make no mistake this will feel like a home game for Bayern. The surroundings, the familiarity, makes it that.

Schweinsteiger with a cynical handball to prevent a pass.

It's a poor free-kick from Robben and Bosingwa heads clear from the edge of the box.

Robben stands over this. He can put it in the box.

The first incident is foul by Cole on Kroos in the centre of the park.

It's Chelsea to kick-off!

So, all the players are out, the toss has come and gone and we're seconds away.

The Champions League trophy has been brought out and placed in front of the tunnel. The players will have to run out past it with their eyes on the prize.

Chelsea have scored in their last 13 Champions League games. A club record and the longest run of all teams alongside Real Madrid.

Here's a cracking stat for you: On the three occasions that a European Cup final has been played in Munich, a team have won their first title (Nottingham Forest 79, Marseille 93, Dortmund 97).

The players are out for their final warm-up. They'll be going back into the changing rooms shortly for the managers to give their final motivational and tactical talks.
