Blackburn's fans look about as miserable as you can get.

This win will take Tottenham into fourth spot on goal difference from Newcastle.

A long throw into the box by Pedersen is claimed by Friedel.

Walker is fast turning into a cult hero with a brilliant rescue and clearance near his own corner flag.

That was a belter. And Blackburn deserve it because they have shown absolutely no fight or attacking intent in the entire match. Now it is probably too late.

A stunner of a free kick, right into the top corner, with vicious curl on it. And how predictable was that?

<img src="http://soccernet-assets.espn.go.com/design05/gp10/i/goal.gif"> <b>GOAL</b> Walker with a peach!

Having said all that, it is still only 1-0. The crowd ty to gee Spurs up, who have looked a little casual in the last five minutes.

A flashpoint between Rose and Formica. Needless.

Maybe they are waiting until they go 2-0 down to start going forward.

Still, Kean doesn't have much on his bench in an attacking sense - Rochina and Goodwillie.

The thing is, Tottenham had won one in nine coming into this - their confidence was hardly sky high.

Still all the time in the world for Modric and Sandro to ping the ball about, Bale and Lennon to skip down the wing.
